Vice President, Human Resources & AdministrationRyan joined the NUWAY leadership team in 2019 to develop and oversee Human Resources programs and functions. Ryan completed his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree at Concordia College Minnesota before going on to complete his Masters of Business Administration specialized in Human Resources Management at Ashford University. Ryan prides himself on creating and fostering a work environment that is hyper-focused on the employee experience. Ryan works to directly optimize organizational performance by positively impacting NUWAY employees through Human Resources operations.
