Shelley joined the NUWAY Alliance team in 2024, bringing with her 20 years of experience in the SUD industry. With an extensive track record of success in program development and leadership, she spent 10 years in executive leadership roles overseeing residential and outpatient treatment services across the nation.
Shelley has a Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University and is a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Prior to joining the NUWAY Alliance team, Shelley spent several years at an organization that has long been one of NUWAY Alliance's most consistent external referral partners. Shelley maintains a strong belief that everyone deserves recovery and that has led to her passion to ensure treatment availability to those in need by driving ease of access and quality services to undeserved Minnesotans. She is thrilled to start this next part of her professional journey at NUWAY Alliance.
